Single room for rent - 1020 Renens VD

I am a PhD student at EPFL and I am taking over a contract in a two rooms and one living room apartment from 15th of May. The room that is free is the one of the picture and is at the entrance of the apartment. It has a clothing space but else unfurnished. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a couch and a table in the living room. The pictures are from the previous tenants.

I am looking for someone that would want to leave there long term (3 years would be optimal), that is calm and likes to keep common spaces clean. But who also is interested in doing activities together like dinner together or movies etc. Preferably someone in their 20's or early 30's in order to have a similar lifestyle.
