Single room for rent - 1012 Lausanne

One room to be rent, in a 5,5 rooms appartement.
Great for student, fresh arrived in Lausanne, young starting their professional life.
This is a temporary renting (possible to renew). Appartment with a lot of light, garage parking for Bikes , 5min walking to Migros chailly and various grocery shops.
Bus 6 and 7 reachable 3min walking. Metro Sallaz or Metro Ours not very far.
I am a living alone with my 2 kids (11 and 9 year old). Kids are 1/2 week with me and not every week end.
We are open minded, and we like to share and learn from others.
