Apartment for rent - 1005 Lausanne, Rue Dr. César-Roux 23

I am Leaving Lausanne due to the end-of-semester exchange, and I need to find someone to take over the current apartment.

Time: starting from June 1, 2025 - June 1, 2026 (long-term rental for one year, re-signing the contract with the landlord). One of two separate rooms for rent.

Location: Rue Dr.César-Roux, 1005, Lausanne, the bus stop is at the door, about 400m away from Ours Metro station, and you can walk to the railway station Lausanne-Gare and Lausanne-Flon downtown Lausanne, the transportation is very convenient. There are a lot of supermarkets around, as well as local supermarkets Migros, Coops, ALDI, and LIDL. EPFL and UNIL can be reached within 30 minutes by metro.

Rent: The rent is 965 Swiss francs/month (including 4 hours of maids per month to clean the room, but excluding water and electricity), the water and electricity grid fee needs to be paid additionally (the total monthly water and electricity fee for me and my roommate is 20-30 Swiss francs, for reference only).

Room type: two separate bedrooms (2 Permits can be used for application), shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, fully equipped with stove, oven, and tableware in the kitchen. There are free washing machines and dryers in the basement of the apartment, which are fully equipped and can be moved in directly. The apartment also provides a free shared activity room where you can play the piano, dance, exercise, etc.
