I am looking for a subtenant to take over one of two bedrooms in my large 79 sqm apartment, starting May 1. I will be staying in the larger bedroom (20 sqm), you would be taking the smaller one (15 sqm). Everything is fully furnished and ready for moving in. All other areas incl. the amazing rooftop one floor higher, are shared.

Tram stop is right in front the of the building and bakery and grocery stores within walking distance.

I am a 36 German-Thai management consultant, who is travelling a lot. I am a very calm and clean person and would appreciate an easy going similar flat mate.
