Single room for rent - 1009 Pully

Hello!
I am leaving my room in a great shared apartment in Pully for a new adventure. We are therefore looking for someone to replace me at the beginning of August.
We would like to find a person, around 25 to 35 years old. We are looking for a friendly and respectful person, wishing to share moments with housemates. There is a cat in the apartment!
The apartment is located 1 minute from the C.-F Ramuz bus stop where lines 25 and 8 pass, allowing you to reach Lausanne train station or St-François in 10 minutes. The center of Pully (coop, migros...) and especially the nice beaches of Pully are less than 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment is a duplex composed of:
-5 bedrooms
- 1 kitchen (dishwasher, 2 fridges)
-1 large bright living room
-1 terrace furnished with a very comfortable pallet sofa
-2 bathrooms with WC
-1 additional WC
-1 large cellar
The room to take over is unfurnished, but there are 1-2 practical pieces of furniture (kallax) that I can take back for not very expensive.
In the apartment, we are 5 young professionals: Marjorie, Dilara, Ricardo, Solène, and myself, and of course Cheetha, Dilara's cat. We are between 25 and 34 years old. Everyone has their own pace of life, but living together is important to us, and we always willingly share meal times or occasionally organize game nights.
The rent is 629.- (internet and charges included)
