Single room for rent - 1007 Lausanne

Hello everyone!
I am subletting my room from July 3rd to August 11th (with the possibility of a few days before or after if needed :)) in my shared apartment with 2 great guys, in the quiet Sous Gare neighborhood of Lausanne.
The rent including charges is 650 CHF/month. If you have a car, my parking space is also available!
There is a bus stop just at the bottom of the building and the train station is a 10-minute walk away. The lake is also about a ten-minute walk away for swimming!
