Hello:) I am looking for a roommate starting from August 1st in a 3.5 room apartment in the Montelly neighborhood in Lausanne. 4 minutes walk from the M1 "Montelly" stop and 20 minutes walk from the train station and Flon. There is a balcony, a fairly large cellar, and a bike shelter. No parking space though.

It is to share the lease, so you (or another person) need to be a guarantor.

A little info about me, I am a 24-year-old man, I work in social services and I love music, sports, and nature (among other things). I enjoy a meal or a shared activity from time to time, and laughing and talking about everything or nothing.
