Hello! My name is Maura, I am 43 years young and I am looking for a like-minded person to share this great apartment with. I am an occupational therapist, I enjoy cycling, acting, cooking and baking, or nurturing my interpersonal relationships. I have diverse interests, I am cheerful, very clean, tidy, and reliable. Sustainability and a respectful interaction with my fellow human beings are important to me.

The 5.5-room apartment is located in the green Zellweger Park in Uster. You would have your own bathroom and two of the four rooms between 12-16m². We would share the utility room with washing machine, the large living and kitchen area, as well as the balcony and the small garden plot right in front of the house. Currently, the apartment is still a shared flat and is already quite well equipped, but I am open to fresh ideas if you want to bring your own furnishing ideas.

In the immediate vicinity, there are all kinds of shopping options, restaurants, the local recreation area at Lake Greifen, and the Uster Wil bus stop. The city center and the train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. From there, you can reach Stadelhofen by train in 13 minutes.

I wish for an upbeat, very clean and tidy person who is grounded in life, likes to get involved, and is not looking for a purpose-driven community. If time allows, we can occasionally do something together; whether it's having a cup of tea, chatting, playing, cooking together, or whatever inspires us spontaneously. Of course, everyone goes about their own daily life and takes the space they need.
