In our awesome 4-person shared apartment, a room will become available on July 1st, 2025. The WG (shared apartment) is located very centrally — just about a 5-minute walk to the train station and around 10 minutes to the University buildings of Miséricorde and Perolles each. Right across the street, there is a shopping center with a large Migros and Denner.

The apartment features a spacious entrance area, a shared kitchen with a dishwasher, and a cozy balcony perfect for relaxing! The room is approximately 13m² and costs 445 CHF, including utilities and internet. A small table, mattress, pallet and a small cupboard available for a small fee, to discuss.

Your new flatmates will be Myriam, 24 (Master's student in Marketing), Julie, 20 and Maria, 22 (both Psychology students). In our WG, we enjoy cooking dinner together in the evenings or unintentionally spending hours chatting in the large hallway or kitchen. We're not just a functional shared apartment; we enjoy spending time together.

Dans notre super colocation de 4 personnes, une chambre se libère au 1er juillet 2025. La colocation est très centrale : la gare est à environ 5 minutes à pied, et l'Université Miséricorde et Perolles sont accessibles en 10 minutes à pied. De plus, un centre commercial avec un grand Migros et un Denner se trouve juste en face de la rue.

L'appartement dispose d'une entrée spacieuse, d'une cuisine commune équipée d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un balcon cosy parfait pour se détendre ! La chambre fait environ 13m². Le loyer est de 445 CHF, charges et internet inclus. Une petite table, un matelas, une palette en bois et une petite armoire disponible pour un petit dédommagement, à discuter.

Tes futures colocataires sont Myriam, 24 (étudiante en Master de Marketing), Julie, 20 et Maria, 22 (étudiantes en Psychologie). Dans notre colocation, nous aimons cuisiner ensemble le soir ou passer des heures à discuter, sans nous en rendre compte, dans le grand couloir ou la cuisine. Nous ne sommes donc pas une simple colocation fonctionnelle.

In unserer coolen 4er WG wird auf den 1. Juli 2025 ein Zimmer frei. Die WG liegt sehr zentral. Zum Bahnhof sind es rund 5 Minuten zu Fuss und zu der Uni Miséricorde und Persolles rund 10 Minuten. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem grossen Migros und Denner.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen geräumigen Eingang, eine gemeinsame Küche mit Spülmaschine und gemütlichem Balkon zum Verweilen! Das Zimmer ist ca. 13m² gross, und kostet 445 CHF inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet. Ein kleiner Tisch, eine Matratze, eine Palette und ein kleiner Schrank können gegen eine kleine Gebühr übernommen werden, der Preis ist verhandelbar.

Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Myriam, 24 (Master Studentin Marketing), Julie, 20 und Maria, 22 (Psychologiestudentinnen). In unserer WG kochen wir gerne am Abend zusammen oder verbringen unbewusst Stunden im grossen Gang oder in der Küche mit Plaudern. Wir sind also keine reine Zwecks-WG.
