Single room for rent - 9000 St. Gallen, Landhausstrasse 1

I am looking for a new roommate who wants to live with me at Landhausstrasse from August 25 until around July/August 26 (dates flexible). The apartment has 4 rooms, rather small, but with a balcony and bright. I have been living here for 4 years and feel very comfortable in the neighborhood and in the house, very nice neighbors and an uncomplicated relationship. The room can be taken furnished or unfurnished. I am 26, a freelance artist, mostly working in the studio, often dancing through the nights, but I also like to stay at home and have a cozy evening.
