Single room for rent - 9100 Herisau

Hello everyone, from May 1st I am renting a furnished room in my 3.5 room apartment in Herisau.

The rent all inclusive is 550.- monthly. Included are electricity, Serafe, and parking. Public transport is 5 minutes away.

I would prefer a settled and respectful person who also enjoys gardening, harvesting, and my cats.

There is the possibility to stay long term in the apartment and during the time I am traveling from October 25, you can also take over my large room.

The apartment is only 1.86 high and on the ground floor live cows plus two other apartments. Mine is the attic apartment.
