In our lovingly furnished 5½-room apartment in the heart of the charming little town of Liestal, a spacious, bright WG room with gallery will be available from August 1, 2025. It is located in the converted attic of the house and offers a total of 36 m² of living space.
The monthly rent is CHF 630.– including utilities (excluding internet and television fees).
Three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with balcony, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are available for shared use.
We live in a supportive and respectful rental relationship and are looking for a tidy, quiet, and reliable person with experience in independent living.
Currently, the shared apartment includes Mirjam (26), a chemistry student and FAGE employee, Anika (36), who works as a household manager in the hospitality industry, and Ben (41), who spends only a few days a month with us as an IT employee from Germany.
What is important to us: mutual consideration, cleanliness, and a pleasant coexistence. We value shared moments as well as respectful handling of retreat needs and personal space. Night owls or people in permanent party mode are less suited to our lifestyle.
