We are renting out various electric parking spaces for CHF 165.00/month (excl. VAT) at this development, available immediately or by arrangement.

This is how the billing works:

You pay Livit the rent according to the rental agreement for the use of the parking space with charging station. Swisscharge.ch will charge you for the operation of your individual charging station at the end of each month:

- The costs for electricity consumption. The electricity tariff for the charging current is based on the costs charged by the electricity company. You can find the applicable tariff at your location in the app. The electricity tariff is usually updated annually.

- A monthly operating fee of CHF 7.45 (incl. VAT).
