I am renting out an underground parking space at Bellariastr. 69 / 71 in 8038 Zurich, accessible from the 1st basement via the stairwell or via car lift. The rental price is the effective net rental price of SFr. 160.-- payable in advance. Additionally, a key deposit of SFr. 200.-- must be paid, which will be returned upon return of the garage space including the key. Only spare wheels or luggage carriers may be stored in the parking space in addition to the car. In particular, the storage of flammable materials is not permitted. The car should not be longer than 5m (car lift). Ideal for commuters, you are about 8 minutes on foot from Wollishofen train station (about 550m away).
