We are renting out an electric parking space for CHF 255.00/month (excl. VAT) at this development immediately or by arrangement.
The rental agreement is limited until 30.06.2026.

This is how the billing works:

You pay Livit the rent according to the rental agreement for the use of the parking space with charging station. Swisscharge.ch will charge you for the operation of your individual charging station at the end of each month:

- The costs for electricity consumption. The electricity rate for the charging current is based on the costs charged by the electricity company. You can find the applicable rate at your location in the app. The electricity rate is usually updated annually.
