I am offering my outdoor parking space, which I won't need until winter, for sublease on a temporary basis (with agreement of the landlord). It is located near Aeschenplatz, a few steps from St. Alban-Anlage 45 and the tram stop Hardstrasse, in the backyard of the building St. Alban-Vorstadt 98. Access is from St. Alban-Anlage (between numbers 37 and 49).

Exact rental period to be defined/discussed and agreed upon, on a basis of exclusive use during the entire week until the end of the year 2025 at the latest. Continued subletting or subletting exclusively for weekends may be considered as well (Friday evening to Monday morning).
