A great flexibility in use can be obtained thanks to interior walls separating the room. For example, thanks to the independent entrance door, the office/storage space can be isolated from the production/garage on the ground floor by means of an interior wall.

Basic equipment provided
- Heating: two split units (on the ground floor and upstairs)
- Sanitary: WC + sink under the mezzanine stairs
- Clear water: supply, stainless steel pipes (crimped, diameter 63 to 32) + in each hall: 1 valve, 1 meter with remote reading
- Wastewater: E.U. pipe waiting in each hall with a diameter of 110 mm
- Rainwater: The EP downpipes are insulated PVC. They pass through the interior of the halls. The columns are insulated against condensation and noise propagation. The entire roof is connected to the building's EP network.
- Electricity: A 25 AMP distribution electrical panel is installed in each hall. The panels are equipped with 16A FI protection circuit breakers
+ light points and electrical outlets on each floor
- Internet/Phone: A supply is planned in each box.
- Parking space: Renting a numbered parking space per hall is mandatory. Depending on site availability, additional parking spaces can be purchased.
