From 01.01.2026, we are looking for a new tenant for the Mullern holiday home in Mollis.

The Mullern holiday home is a warehouse. It is located on the Mullernalp in Mollis (GL), about 1,150 m above sea level. General information, including about the surroundings and leisure activities, as well as pictures can be found on the homepage www.massenlager.com.

The holiday home consists of two 2.5-room apartments and a mass accommodation (6 rooms with 2-12 beds each) with (kitchen, dining and seminar room). The house has an oil heating system with a 20,000-liter tank on Mullernstrasse. The surrounding area, mostly meadow slope and a few trees, grill, wooden benches, and swing covers about 4,500 m2 and is currently farmed by a farmer.

The heating and windows were replaced 15 years ago, and two bathrooms 10 years ago. Currently, the exterior walls are being repaired and painted.

Parking spaces are available on Mullernstrasse as well as in front of the house (not usable in winter).

The ancillary costs are charged directly to the tenant.
