In our cozy house in Sennhof, a room will be available from August. I am looking for an open, warm person - no matter if you come alone or have a child who is with you from time to time.

Your room: Entire attic of 38 m², bright, quiet, unfurnished as per photos
Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom & terrace, garden, cellar
Washing machine/tumbler in the house
Child-friendly neighborhood, playground nearby

Regarding the rent:
CHF 1250.- including utilities

About the shared apartment:
I am a 32-year-old male, working as a construction manager in a scaffolding company. At home, it is important to me that we treat each other with respect, communicate honestly, and live in a pleasant coexistence. I look forward to exchange, but it is also perfectly fine if you need your peace.

Whether you come with a child or not is not a problem - I have 2 boys myself (3 & 8 years old), who live here 2 evenings a week & every other weekend. Children are very welcome! I imagine that we create a home together that suits everyone.

You should bring:

• A certain level of order & sense of responsibility
• A positive basic attitude
• The desire to share a real home (not just a purpose-driven shared apartment)
