We are renting a spacious single-family house with a separate apartment starting from 01.09.2025.
The house has a garage that can be accessed from it. On the ground floor, there is a 1-room apartment, a cellar, and a laundry room. On the 1st floor, there is a generous living and dining area with a main bathroom including a bathtub. Additionally, there are two rooms and an office. From this level, the separate balcony and the large outdoor terrace can be accessed directly.
As a tenant, the entire house with the separate apartment can be used, or it can also be sublet. In addition to the rent, the heating and additional costs incurred must be paid by the tenants (heating, electricity costs, various fees from the municipality, garden, etc.). The house is rented in its current condition - at the tenant's request, also with a long-term contract - so that possible expansion work can be carried out by the tenant.
