Single house for rent - 8126 Zumikon

I want to downsize and also live back in the city. My little house is an oasis right on the edge of the forest in Zumikon and due to the architecture (open spaces) it is perfect for a couple. It is heated with wood among other things and the house is old (but very well maintained), which one must like. Around it, there is a small piece of garden with roses, fig and pear trees, and in front of the house, there is a nice seating area that is pleasantly cool in summer.
I am also open to a house with a garden and/or shared room with a garden. It is important that cats are allowed, that it is located in greenery, and that it has a garden, which can also be for communal use. I want to continue to provide my cat with a nature-friendly life.
