In the Old School House Hüttschwendi, we are renting the entire northern house section.

In 2025, the whole house will be insulated, newly shingled, and the northern, older house section will be gently renovated inside. A new kitchen and a modern bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, complete the generous space offer. A total of about 160m2 of living space is available. The room heights range from 2.40m (on the ground floor) to 2m (in the attic).

On the ground floor, in addition to the new kitchen and dining room, there is also the room of the former kindergarten and another room (54m2), on the 1st floor two rooms and the former handicraft school (53m2), as well as the new bathroom with separate toilet/laundry room. On the 2nd floor, there are 4 sloped attic compartments and 2 attics, in addition to a spacious, livable attic hallway. During the renovation, a new, modern, specially designed wood stove was installed, which heats the ground floor and 1st floor. On the 1st floor, it is supplemented by a small pellet stove for transitional periods. Parking spaces/garages are available, as well as various garden seating areas in the morning and evening sun and in the shade of the large linden tree. These can be negotiated with the homeowners.
