ARE YOU A RESIDENT OF ONE OF THE COMMUNES OF TROIS-CHÊNES AND YOUR HOUSING HAS BECOME TOO LARGE? THIS "TINY HOUSE" IS MADE FOR YOU!!!
Located in the municipality of Chêne-Bougeries, in a green and quiet residential area, we offer an innovative and sustainable housing concept comprising a house and two "Tiny houses" built on a beautifully wooded plot of 1400 m², the enjoyment of which will be shared among the residences.
The two Tiny Houses have been entirely constructed of wood and without foundations, thus minimizing the environmental impact of this project, and can be moved if necessary, so that the plot can regain its original appearance. The construction principle as well as the choice of materials are also part of an approach favoring future reuse, thus reinforcing the sustainable approach of the project.
Just a few steps from the greenway, close to tram lines 12 and 17 and fifteen minutes from the Chêne-Bourg train station served by the Léman Express, the Grangettes Clinic and several parks are also easily accessible on foot.
Built on a single level, the 4-room Tiny House is distributed as follows:
The entrance opens onto the bright living room which benefits from access to the shared green space, by a few steps. It is open to the kitchen, fully arranged and equipped, with a dining area that has access to a terrace. Two bedrooms, one of which has a desk area and access to a 2nd terrace. A shower/WC with connection for the washing machine is available for both bedrooms and completes the whole. The entire Tiny is equipped with electric blinds, radiators (heating system by PAC/air-water) and fiber optic.
A bike shelter is available for the three residences and an outdoor parking space at CHF 120.-/month is linked and in addition to the rent. The rent is CHF 2000.-/month + charges CHF 200.-/month (heating and water deposits) + CHF 120.-/month (flat rate) for the maintenance of the shared green space.
In addition, the Tiny Houses are suitable for people with reduced mobility who can easily use the wooden access ramp leading to each of them and offering at the entrance of each a pergola adorned with climbing plants such as wisteria and vines.
