- Living/dining area with oven bench and access to patio and garden

- Parents' bedroom and office with built-in wardrobes

- Large laundry room with washing machine and dryer, storage space, and separate exit to the garden (this room is accessible directly from the house and from outside, so bicycles, etc. can be easily stored).

- Bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub, separate shower, and plenty of storage space

- Patio with garden

- Parking space directly in front of the house for 3 cars (included in the rent)

- Crawl space with gravel

The children go to school in Erlen or Andwil - a school bus is available for this route or the children ride their bicycles.

For safety reasons (farm operation in direct neighborhood), we prefer couples without (small) children.
