Before moving in, the walls will be painted white and the jute carpet will be replaced by a vinyl floor.

In a few minutes' walk you can reach the Mühleweier playground, the center of Uetikon with shops and restaurants, as well as the Uetikon am See train station, from where you can reach Zurich by train in about 15 minutes.
