In this child-friendly and quiet residential area, we are renting a well-maintained 6-room house with garden and beautiful views up to the Alps.
The house offers plenty of space for a family with children who also enjoy spending time outdoors and appreciate being close to nature. The spacious garden invites you to play, relax, or garden, and the nearby forest offers additional recreational opportunities.
On the ground floor, there are two rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a modern kitchen with nearly new appliances – including a steamer, dishwasher, oven – and plenty of storage space. From the kitchen, you can directly access a small, cozy seating area behind the house.
The entrance with a vestibule and large wardrobe, as well as a storage room with additional storage space, forms the entrance area.
The bright living and dining area with a fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere and invites you to relax in the evenings. Large windows provide plenty of daylight and an open feeling of space, and the direct access to the garden including a covered terrace rounds it all off. An open gallery connects the living area with the upper floor and is ideal as a reading corner, home office, or retreat.
On the first upper floor, there is a bedroom with direct access to the roof terrace as well as another cozy gable room. It is complemented by a second bathroom with a shower, which, like the bathroom on the ground floor, was renovated a few years ago.
In the basement, there are two cellars with a washing machine, heating, and additional storage space, one of which is finished with natural stones.
The double garage with forecourt offers space for a car, bicycles, strollers, and gardening tools.
Public transport, kindergarten (5 min), schools (15 min), and childcare are in the immediate vicinity – ideal for families with children. A 20-minute walk will take you to the train station and shopping facilities.
