In a transport-friendly location in Heiligkreuz, we are renting a bright studio on the ground floor with direct access. A large open space with two decorative columns offers plenty of room for creativity. A small kitchenette with a freestanding stove/oven is available, as well as a wet room with a toilet and a simple shower cubicle. A second lockable room with built-in wardrobes provides additional space. This room has direct access from outside. The studio shows some signs of use, which is why we prefer to rent it as a commercial space. A use as a loft is also conceivable.
The large garden of the property with seating is available for shared use. The stately multi-family house is located in an ideal location in the east of the city. The bus stop Storchenstrasse (bus lines to the center, to Wittenbach and to HSG) is located directly in front of the house. The motorway entrance in both directions can also be reached in the shortest time. A parking space can be rented for CHF 80.- / month if desired. There are also many blue zones in the area.
