The entire premises are currently rented by me (Business Leaders Group AG). Since I have not used the upper commercial space since moving in, I have decided to rent it out. The rental of the developed office space (Heating: radiators, Floor: parquet (I have laid a carpet), Walls: fine plaster painted white, Ceiling: suspended metal ceiling with lighting, Electrical: high voltage, Closure: mechanical locking cylinder) is done as a sublease, as the main rental relationship runs through me. My rental contract is limited until 31.12.2026.
The vacant commercial space (yellow marking) has a separate entrance on the 3rd floor (green marking). Additionally, the property is accessible via the entrance on the 2nd floor (my floor) via stairs. The access via stairs can be closed upon request, but structural adjustments would still be necessary. The sanitary facilities and the kitchen are located on my floor on the 2nd floor (red marking) and are used communally.
Since we interact through the communally used rooms in daily business activities, a friendly interaction is very important to me.
