We are renting out the two retail spaces (6 & 7) in Rägipark, see also Fact Sheet:

The raw net rents for the ground floor are CHF 180.- / m2 p.a. and for the mezzanine CHF 160.- / m2/p.a. Therefore, the raw net rent per month would be as follows:

Space No. 6: CHF 2,411.- plus additional costs and VAT.
Space No. 7: CHF 1,969.- plus additional costs and VAT.
