The premises have a smaller niche under the stairs (ideal for use as a small storage), a sink, and a separate toilet for private use.

Optionally, two garage boxes (also usable as storage) and two outdoor parking spaces can be rented.

Unfortunately, gastronomy businesses cannot be considered.
