We are a studio/office community of freelancers in the fields of photography, graphic design, illustration, and architecture. A lounge area, meeting room, kitchenette with cooking facilities, and a printer station with copying and scanning functions are available for shared use and included in the rent.

Our shared studio is located at Bahnstrasse 44 (www.bahnstrasse44.ch), a living, working, and action space for cultural creators from various fields and disciplines. All residents work full-time in the house, and other cultural creators are also active here. Also in the house is the cultural and event venue Prozess (www.prozess.be), which is also available to people in the house as a space for their own projects and as a place for encounters and exchanges.

The workspaces are traditionally furnished and suitable for work on PC/paper. We are open to many things, but the shared studio is not a workshop, a painting studio, or a rehearsal room. There are days when more phone calls are made, and on other days less (usually the meeting room is free). Basically, there is a concentrated atmosphere and a noise level that can be suppressed with noise-canceling.

The temperatures in the shared studio are relatively pleasant in winter and summer (up to about 30°).
