Mels is located on the railway line Chur - Sargans - Ziegelbrücke - Zurich. The S17 trains stop at the station every hour in both directions.
With the surrounding public parking spaces and the location directly at the train station, the accessibility of your rental premises is ideal.
Rental relationship
- Unlimited with a 6-month notice period
- Existing WC facilities available
- The rental area of the former station office and the former ticket hall is approximately 46m2. The rooms can also be rented individually.
- Structural adjustments to the rental area can be made by agreement.
The rental is done by arrangement.
The SBB intends to renovate the premises in 2030.
