We are a group of architects and have three available workspaces in our community studio at Bändlistrasse 31 for rent immediately or by arrangement. Our studio offers a quiet, creative, and inspiring work environment.

– A total of 3 workspaces (see floor plan): Ideal for individuals or a small team looking to work in an inspiring environment.
– Common areas: Kitchen, WC, storage room, and a large meeting table are available for shared use.
– Infrastructure: Printer and internet connection can be shared, a goods lift is available.
– Costs: The rent for a workspace is 350 CHF per month, including utilities and cleaning service every 2 weeks.
