The area covers approximately 149 square meters and is located on the 5th floor of the commercial building. You can easily reach the 5th floor by elevator.
Outdoor parking for customers or employees in front of the building can be rented for 120.00 CHF - if you need additional parking spaces, we can offer you parking spaces nearby (CS Parking or Bahnhofparking).
Storage rooms can be rented in the 2nd basement as needed.
Please note that the photos are examples of other areas in the building. The vacant space will be renovated in collaboration with the new tenants. An air conditioning system is planned. The floor plan corresponds to the current situation. Changes/adaptations can also be made as desired.
