The SBB offers around 60m² for an office concept, including a kitchen connection that allows the future tenant to install a kitchenette. The outdoor parking space must be rented additionally and costs CHF 40.- per month.

The photos in the current offer show the freshly renovated space. The furnishing of the premises with a kitchen and further furniture is the responsibility of the tenant, who plans and implements this independently and at their own expense.

A fixed rent (in CHF p.a.) will be agreed upon, which is due in any case.
