The listed farmhouse from 1739 is located in the heart of the village of Oetwil on the Limmat, between the town hall and a large orchard with a beautiful collection of fruit trees. The rich winegrower's house, which consists of a residential part in timber construction and a barn, has undergone a diverse development in its nearly 300-year history. With the renovation of the residential part and the expansion of the barn, a new chapter is added to the history. Monument protection and circular architecture go hand in hand. The upcycling is constructed, as it was 300 years ago, with wood from its own forest. The new duplex family apartments create an attractive row house. The access courtyard and the large garden with a beech pavilion and fruit trees serve as a communal social space. The principle of community also includes mobility and energy generation. The project will become a beacon of the local area. This is done with the same means as at the time of the valuable contemporary witness.
All apartments are equipped with climate convectors that cool and heat and have their own washing machine.
The well-equipped communal room is available to all tenants, a share cabinet includes kitchen appliances, tools, ladders, cleaning utensils (e.g. Kärcher, broom), e-bike including charging station.
The large property has a tree house, a barbecue area, and a tool shed with various utensils.
With our mobility concept, we provide an e-bike and an e-car upon request. These are powered by renewable energy from our own solar roof.
Apartment sizes, plans, and rental prices can be found in the rental documents.
