We are an architect community working on sustainable renovations, restorations, heritage preservation, and competitions. We can imagine a lively and inspiring exchange with our future colleagues.

The space

The studio I office is located between Binz train station and Goldbrunnenplatz. The connection to public transport via SZU, ZVV or sharing models like Publibike, mobility is very good. Bicycle and car parking spaces are available all around. Within a radius of 300m, there are numerous local suppliers and a diverse gastronomic offer.

The rental price of approximately 490,- CHF includes the shared use of the meeting area, kitchenette, shelf space, shop window display, printer, internet. Parking spaces can be rented if needed.
