Large, bright room in a beautiful 3-person shared apartment in Seefeld – from mid-May!

With a heavy heart, I am renting out my beautiful room in a freshly renovated (2023) and fully equipped 3-room apartment in the popular Seefeld district – because I am moving in with my partner.
The room is quiet, large and overlooks the inner courtyard. It will be available for sublet from mid-May to the end of June – a takeover afterwards is possible! Furnished or unfurnished, as you like it. It would be advantageous if you could take over one or more pieces of furniture.

• Central location in Seefeld, just 1 minute from the tram stop on Seefeldstrasse

About your roommates:
You would live with two working women (both in their 20s) – relaxed, friendly, humorous and pleasantly quiet. We are looking for only one roommate. We are looking for someone who is also employed, open, considerate and uncomplicated – simply someone who fits well into the harmonious shared apartment life.

Viewing & Decision:
Viewing appointments are possible immediately, but a final decision will only be possible from May 11th, as one roommate is still travelling. Only then can personal conversations take place with all roommates.

Costs:

• Rent (including utilities): 1550 CHF
• 30 CHF/month (WLAN)
• Deposit upon takeover: 4000 CHF
