Apartment for rent - 8038 Zürich

Hello everyone,
I'm moving into my new apartment in Wollishofen on 01.05.2025. It's a 3 1/2 room apartment with lake view. I'm looking for a flatmate. The room I'm renting is about 25 sqm and has its own balcony. The apartment has 2 toilets and 2 balconies.
A little about me: I'm 26, self-employed and currently working a lot. I won't be in the apartment too much. Looking for an uncomplicated person.
