The apartment was extensively renovated in 2020: kitchen (appliances from Siemens and V-Zug), bathroom, floor coverings (high-quality carpets from Tisca) and built-in wardrobes were replaced. Even the entrance area feels homely, and the practical built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage space. The open design of the dining area with a view of the large window front creates an optical spaciousness. The kitchen also appears very generous due to the pass-through, which simultaneously reveals the beautiful view. The bathroom features a bathtub and original dark tiles. The bedroom is bright and friendly due to the window on the front side, and the view into the greenery is particularly beautiful, with built-in wardrobes making the room efficiently utilized up to the ceiling.

Not only the nightly spectacle of the glittering city lights – even during the day, the constantly changing light and weather moods are absolutely unique. The L-shaped balcony that wraps around the apartment also offers a great view in several directions: on one side over the city, and on the other onto the green garden and the diverse tree population in the background.

The apartment is located in one of two terraced multi-family houses. The settlement is situated in a residential zone on Sädlenweg and breathes the typical spirit of the 70s: Béton brut, generous room layout, and bright, wide window fronts. Materiality and form language literally create a bright, friendly living atmosphere. The location of the houses is oriented to the southeast. The refined buildings were designed by Zurich architect Werner Biedermann.
