Penthouse for rent - 8408 Winterthur, Oberfeldstrasse

Since I will be traveling from the beginning of November to the end of February, I am renting out my (partly) furnished apartment in Winterthur-Wülflingen for this period, including a parking space for a car. The apartment is located in the attic of a single-family house on Oberfeldstrasse. The lovely landlord couple lives downstairs in the house. You use the same entrance as they do, but the apartment has its own access door and your privacy is secured. I write partly furnished because it does not have a couch, but it does have a small home gym, so you can save on the gym membership :-). Otherwise, the apartment has a bed, wardrobes, its own kitchen with a kitchen table, and a standing desk with a treadmill, in case you want to get some movement while working on the computer. You are also welcome to use my book collection.

The outdoor parking space for your vehicle is a 3-minute walk away. The nearest bus stop is a 4-minute walk, and you can reach the main station/old town by bus in 5 minutes, or by bike in 8 minutes. There is a Coop and Migros nearby. Other shops can be quickly reached by bike/car/public transport.

The monthly price of 1089 CHF already includes the parking space, a small furnishing surcharge, and the additional costs, including internet, TV, etc.
Important: Since my landlords have a cat, you should not have a cat allergy. The cat also comes up to the apartment from time to time, so you should be a cat lover.
