We rent our vacation apartment in Niedergrächen.

Very nice, bright, FAMILY FRIENDLY and comfortable 3.5 room vacation apartment on the ground floor (previously 2 apartments) for 2/6 guests who appreciate space. Surrounded by a lot of greenery and space. Simply a great apartment for families (with children) to spend their vacation.

Enjoy the beautiful mountain world on the large private south terrace (30 m2). For shared use: very large garden of more than 6,000 m2 (ideal for children).

Almost 110 m2 for max. 6 persons and 1 child/baby. Apartment with cozy and nicely furnished living room with flatscreen TV, large dining table, 2 bedrooms (large double room with ensuite bathroom with bath & shower, and a children's room with 2 bunk beds with a small bathroom next door). Very complete kitchen with oven, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso & coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, many other small kitchen appliances and more than enough dishes.

Additionally and free to use: baby bed, high chair and buggy, private parking in the underground garage, apartment's own and secure WIFI. Shared use: communal washing machine and dryer (for a fee) and ski room.

The apartment is located in Niedergrächen, about 2 km from the village of Grächen. Grächen is an absolute hit for family vacations, in summer as well as winter. The bus stop is +/- 150 meters away and bus transport is free in winter upon presentation of the ski pass.

* Rental only from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights).
* Prices summer 2025: 765 CHF per week low season. Summer high season no longer available
* Prices winter 2026: 999 CHF per week low season / 1,699 CHF per week high season (Christmas/New Year weeks 2025/2026 no longer available).
* Prices include WIFI, tourist tax for 6 persons, parking garage for 1 car, electricity (household appliances) and water.
* Prices exclude final cleaning (mandatory): 100 CHF.
* Possible rental of laundry 30 CHF per person (bed, bath, kitchen).
* Extra parking, cleaning or extra laundry change for a fee.

Please note: This is absolutely a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

Rental only per week, maximum 3 weeks.
