ABOUT ME
I am particularly suitable for people who want to stay fit and do not mind walking to the 2nd floor. This way, you kill two birds with one stone. You stay fit and save money that others spend on a daily fitness subscription.
Speaking of staying fit: The farm shop next door offers fresh vegetables for sale from a local organic farmer who has been there for generations. It doesn't get any closer!
GREAT FLOOR PLAN
Upon arriving at the apartment door, I already show you my generosity of a total of 105 m² including terrace as you enter. From the entrance, you reach the centrally located hallway, which is equipped with a 3-part and a 2-part built-in wardrobe. The hallway provides direct access to both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN
My modern kitchen is bright and friendly, featuring a large work surface, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as an additional separate freezer with extra storage space and a large work surface. From the kitchen, you can catch a nice view of the village. It offers direct access to the living/dining room, from where you can again reach the nearly 20 m² large south-facing balcony.
BATHROOM WITH WINDOW
My small but functional bathroom has a bathtub, sink, and toilet, as well as a window that can be opened. Thus, the bathroom is not, as in many new buildings, closed off.
PARKING SPACE
A high, covered, and protected carport can be rented upon request. If needed, I can also offer a garage space for rent in the immediate vicinity.
CONDITION
The overall condition of the entire property is very well maintained and is continuously kept in excellent condition. The entire house was equipped with new thermal insulation and new windows in the early 2000s.
