Apartment for rent - 8044 Zürich, Nägelistrasse

I am looking for a new roommate for my two-person shared apartment.
The apartment is a 12-minute walk from the university and the subway station.
Several supermarkets are within walking distance, and a nice park is right next door.

The apartment is initially rented until August 2026, but can be extended with good planning.

The apartment is rented fully furnished (as seen in the pictures). The rented room has its own balcony access. There is space in the basement for a bicycle and other items that need to be stored.
Parking spaces are also available.
