Apartment for rent - 8045 Zürich, Manessestrasse

I am renting out my beloved 3-room apartment furnished for subletting immediately, or by arrangement (but no later than July 1) for at least 1 year with an option to extend.

Internet, household insurance, use of the furniture, and laundry room are included in the rent. Electricity costs will be billed quarterly separately by EWZ.

IMPORTANT: No shared living or pets allowed. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for families with children. The apartment is only rented to non-smokers.

The deposit is CHF 4,000.- and liability insurance is a must.

Applications that do not meet these requirements cannot be considered.
