Sublet Available: June 19 – July 23

I will be traveling from June 19 to July 23 and am looking to sublet my fully furnished flat during this time. The apartment is beautifully designed with high-end furniture and is home to many happy, green plants that bring warmth and life to the space. We have fiber internet and a desk which is perfect for work.

Located just a 3-minute walk from Stettbach station, it's conveniently close to Migros, a gym, yoga studio, pharmacy, and other amenities.
To ensure the plants are properly cared for and the flat stays clean, my trusted cleaning lady will come once a week. This is non-negotiable due to past experience. Her fee is CHF 60 per week, which will be added to the rent.

A deposit of CHF 2000 is required upon signing the contract and will be returned at the end of the sublet period, provided everything is in order.
