The location is absolutely central, in immediate proximity to the Letten and within walking distance to the main train station (about 15 minutes). Very bright apartment with south orientation.

The house has a collective washing tower (without a washing plan), the apartment itself has a dishwasher.

The apartment is located in a magnificent old building, which was renovated in the 90s. Some noise transmission cannot be ruled out. However, there are a total of three (!) balconies with south orientation.

I love this apartment and would sublet it due to a larger trip.

The exact rental period still needs to be determined. Proof of liability insurance is mandatory.

I would hand over the apartment fully furnished. So nothing is missing (except perhaps space in the cabinets, but the apartment is otherwise large enough).
