Furnished apartment for rent - 4053 Basel, Gempenstrasse

Available from October 1st to December 31st (can be adjusted upon request) for 1-2 people.

We are renting our apartment for three months while we are traveling. We love everything about it – the location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from Basel SBB train station and only 2 minutes from Margaretenpark. The neighborhood is quiet, with nice neighbors, and the apartment is close to supermarkets and restaurants – all within walking distance.

The apartment features a fully renovated kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the living room by an archway. Both bedrooms face the terrace (and the communal garden) and offer a quiet view. There is also a small garden on the kitchen side where we grow basil, tomatoes, sage, oregano, and mint.

It includes two spacious rooms – one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, a TV, and a desk. The terrace is also equipped with a table and chairs.

The monthly rent is CHF 2120, including Wi-Fi, energy, water, and an additional charge for the furniture.
