From November 1st, we are looking for new tenants for a 4-room old apartment in the heart of Rüti ZH. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house with a beautiful view, shared garden, a fire pit, fruit trees, and vegetable beds. The house from the 1930s is mostly in its original condition and needs people who are willing to ensure a good room and living climate (ventilation is part of the daily routine). The house is a 2-minute walk from Rüti ZH train station and is still quietly located. The kindergarten is in the immediate vicinity and other school buildings are nearby. The apartment is perfect for couples or small families who want to care for and enliven the place together with the current residents.
