In Lucerne, we are renting a beautiful, bright 4.5-room old apartment with a balcony and large living kitchen, available immediately or by arrangement. The apartment features elaborate wooden parquet floors (panel and herringbone parquet, partly with filet stick) and high rooms. It is located on the 2nd floor. The house is directly on the bike path and impresses both inside and outside with many loving stylistic elements - the café of an up-and-coming micro-roastery is also located in the property. So you always enjoy a pleasant scent of fresh coffee upon entering. We are open to families, couples, and shared apartments. Here you will find a pleasant home: public transport, schools, and shopping are all within walking distance. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub) and the house does not have an elevator.
